1 1/4 c Sugar 1 qt Tart Red Cherries
2 1/2 tb Flour 1 Plain Pastry
1/4 ts Salt
Mix sugar, flour, salt and cherries together. Line piepan with
pastry, add cherry mixture and cover with top crust. Bake in a 450*F
oven for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 350*F and bake 25 minutes
longer.
