Ingrients & Directions


4 1/2 c Flour 1 tb Baking powder (heaping)
2 tb Powdered milk (heaping) 1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Water

Mix dry ing., stir in water until it is absorbed, then knead with
hands about five minutes on a floured board. Let stand about 30
minutes.
Pinch off dough about the size of a lemon and roll flat on floured
surface. Fry in hot shortening that is about 1/4″ deep in skillet.
