Mexican Corn Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Self rising cornmeal
2/3 c Oil
3 Eggs
1 c Milk
1/2 ts Soda
1/4 c Sugar
1 sm Onion
1 sm Bell pepper; chopped
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 c Corn

Directions : mix all ingredients, beat well. bake in 400 degree oven for 40
min.
