1 c Shortening
1 c Sugar, granulated
2 Egg, or egg substitute
2 c Flour, all-purpose
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Cinnamon, ground
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Oatmeal, (Quick or old
-fashioned, uncooked)
1 c Raisins
1 c Pecans
Cream sugar and shortening. Add beaten eggs and dry ingredients. Bake at
375 for 15 minutes. Watch to see the bottoms don’t burn.
