Sweet Potato Pecan Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Cooked mashed sweet potatoes 1/4 t Salt
1/2 c Brown sugar 1 1/2 c Scalded milk
1 t Ground ginger 2 ea Well beaten eggs
1 t Ground cinnamon

Beat all ingredients together. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake
for 20 minutes in 350 F. oven. Then sprinkle on topping and continue
to bake until set; about 25 minutes longer. Topping: 3/4 cup chopped
pecans 1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup brown sugar Mix until crumbly. From:
