Tarragon Tartar Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Mayonnaise
4 Anchovy fillets
1/4 c Tarragon vinegar
4 tb Tarragon leaves
2 tb Dijon mustard
3 tb Small gherkin pickles
2 tb Capers
1/4 c Parsley leaves
3 tb Chopped chives
Salt and pepper; to taste

Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until
creamy and well processed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
