Turkey Pie

Ingrients & Directions


4 c Cut up turkey 1 c Frozen peas
1/2 c Leftover gravy 1 cn 3 oz mushrooms, drained
1 tb Minced onion 1 cn Refrigerator biscuits or
1/2 ts Rosemary Home made
1 cn 10 oz Cream of Chicken soup

Mix turkey and gravy, seasonings and soup; add peas and mushrooms.
Heat slowly, stirring occasionally until bubbling hot.

Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with turkey shaped biscuits by
rolling out and cutting with a turkey shaped cutter. Bake at 450
oven for 15 mins or until biscuits are done.
