1 Honey Graham Pie Crust
1 Egg white; slightly beaten
1 cn Apple pie filling; (21 oz)
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/4 c Sugar
5 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 c Margarine
3/4 c Pecans; chopped
Confectioners’ sugar;
-optional
Apple slices and mint sprig;
-for garnish
Brush pie crust with egg white. Bake at 375F for 5 minutes; set aside.
Spoon pie filling into pie crust. In small bowl, combine flour, sugar and
cinnamon. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly; stir in pecans
Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 minutes or until
topping is golden brown. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm, sprinkled
with confectioners’ sugar if desired. Garnish with apple slices and mint
sprig.
