Ingrients & Directions


3 c FLOUR 1 tb SUGAR
1 1/4 c SHORTENING 1 tb VINEGAR
1 ea EGG 1/4 c COLD WATER (ICE WATER)

IN A LARGE BOWL CUT TOGETHER THE FLOUR AND SHORTENING WITH TWO KNIVES OR A
PASTRY CUTTER UNTIL MIXTURE LOOKS LIKE COARSE MEAL. IN A SEPARATE BOWL
COMBINE EGG, SUGAR, VINEGAR AND WATER. MIX LIGHTLY INTO FLOUR MIXTURE
UNTIL DOUGH HOLDS TOGETHER. REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO USE.
