PECANS IN PIE SHELL. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 40 TO 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL
FILLING PUFFS AND QUIVERS SLIGHTLY WHEN YOU NUDGE THE PIE. COOL COMPLETLY.
CUT INTO THIN WEDGES AND TOP WITH COOL WHIP IF DESIRED.
