Russian Rock Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar
2/3 c Butter
2 c Flour
2 Eggs
1 lb Whole pecans
1 lb Dates; chopped
1 lb Raisins
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Cloves
1 ts Baking soda dissolved in
1/4 c Hot water (cooled)
1/4 c Bourbon

Mix all ingredients & drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake
at 350 for about 15 minutes. Yields 7 dozen.
