Tartare Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Mayonnaise (or salad cream)
2 tb Chopped gherkins
2 tb Chopped capers
1 ts Chopped chives
1/2 ts Tarragon
1/4 ts Chervil
1/4 ts Dry mustard powder
2 ts Anchovy sauce

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Allow to stand for at
least 30 minutes – this allows the flavours to permeate.
