Ingrients & Directions


3 1/2 oz Water
2 1/3 c Bread flour
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 tb Butter; or margarine
1/2 tb Nonfat dry milk
2/3 c Banana; mashed
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast

Use *really* ripe bananas for the best banana flavor!
