Ingrients & Directions
2 c Self raising flour
2 c Castor sugar
5 Heaped tablespoons cocoa
5 Eggs
180 g Butter or margarine
1 c Milk
1 tb Vanilla
1 tb Brandy
Place all ingredients except butter in a mixer and mix until smooth.
Add melted butter and mix until well incorporated. Pour into a
buttered kugelhopf tin and bake at 180c. for 1 hour. Cool. Dust with
icing sugar.
