Chocolate Chip Cookies With Toasted Pecans

Ingrients & Directions


2 1/2 c Flour 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Baking soda 2 Eggs
1/4 ts Salt 2 ts Vanilla
1 c Butter; unsalted & softened 1 c Pecans; chopped & toasted
1 c Brown sugar; dark 12 oz Chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 300. In medium bowl, whsik together the flour,
baking soda and salt. In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream the
butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until just combined.
Add the flour mixture, toasted pecans, and chocolate chips, then beat
on low speed until just blended. Drop the dough by rounded Tbsp 2″
apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
