Elfin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingrients & Directions


PATTI – VDRJ67A
1 Graham cracker ready crust
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/3 c Sugar
1 pt Sour cream
2 ts Vanilla
8 oz Cool Whip
1 c Mini chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream
and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Stir in mini chocolate
chips. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish as
desired.
