1 c Rolled oats
1 c Hot water

1/4 c Maple syrup or honey
1/4 ts Salt
2 Eggs

3 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
Mix “A” and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in “B”. Stir in “C”. Turn into 9
x 5 loaf pan. Let stand for 20 minutes in warm place. Bake at 350 for 45
minutes.
