Olive Bread

Ingrients & Directions


FOR 1 LB LOAF
1/4 c Water or liquid from olives
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Honey
1 Whole egg
2 oz Cream cheese; chunked
1/2 c Drained green
-pimento-stuffed olives
1/2 -(up to)
1 ts Salt (to taste)
2 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast

-FOR 1-1/2 LB LOAF-
1/3 c Water or liquid from olives
1 tb Olive oil
2 tb Honey
2 Whole eggs
4 oz Cream cheese; chunked
1 c Drained green
-pimento-stuffed olives
1 -(up to)
2 ts Salt (to taste)
3 c Flour
2 ts Yeast

Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer’s
directions. “Yeast” refers to active dry yeast. Use rapid-bake cycle. From
