Ingrients & Directions
1 1/2 c fresh peaches, peeled and
-sliced
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 tb apple juice concentrate,
-thawed
1 tb molasses
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts ground cardamom
1/4 ts nutmeg
1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 c rolled oats
1 1/2 c whole wheat bread flour
2 ts active dry yeast
1/2 c chopped dried peaches
You can substitute one 16-ounce can sliced peaches for the fresh
peaches and applesauce.
