Buckwheat Applesauce Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Yeast
3/8 c Buckwheat flour
2 5/8 Bread flour
3/4 c Applesauce
1 1/2 Tblsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Water; Adjust To Your Needs

throw in and bake

for 2 cup bread makers – but I’ve adjusted them for 3 cups.
