1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour
1/3 c Oat flour
1/3 c Rolled oats
1/3 c Buckwheat flour
2 tb Whey
2 tb Gluten flour
1 1/2 tb Oat bran
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Yeast
