Fall Pumpkin Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c water
2 c bread flour
1 tb nonfat dried milk
1 ts salt
1 tb applesauce
1/2 tb maple syrup
1/2 tb brown sugar
1/4 c canned pumpkin
1/2 ts vanilla extract
1/2 ts ground ginger
1/4 ts allspice
1/4 c pumpkin seeds
2 ts yeast

*** Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin – not pie filling.
