8 oz Potatoes; mashed
1 lb Fish; cooked and flaked
1 oz Butter
1 tb Milk
2 Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a pan, add the mild, potatoes, fish, one egg yolk, and
salt and pepper to taste.
Stir over the heat until the mixture binds together into a ball. Turn out
on to a plate to cool.
When cool, roll into balls and flatten with a knife.
Dip in one beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry.
