10 ts Margarine — non-dairy
2 ts Baking soda — -softened
3 c Flour, pastry — whole

2 ts Honey or maple syrup —
Less 1 tablespoon
1 ts Flour — soy
1/2 c Almond milk — soy milk or
2 ts Baking powder
Milk
Preheat oven to 400. In a food processor or by hand, combine margarine,
flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Combine egg replacer with milk and honey. Pour into dry mixture and mix
until dough forms into a ball. Drop batter on a lightly oild cookie sheet
in 1/3-cup rounds. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, then cool on wire rack. Yields 10
to 12 biscuits
