1 pk 9 in pie crust 3 c Milk
1/2 c Hershey’s Cocoa 3 tb Butter
1 1/4 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Cornstarch Sweetened whipped cream
1/4 ts Salt
Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.
Gradually blend milk into dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until filling boils; boil
1 minute. Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla. Pour into
pie crust. Carefully press plastic wrap directly onto pie filling.
Cool; chill 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream in the shape of
a ghost with snowflakes dotting the background.
