Soft Molasses Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Margarine, softened
1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Molasses
1 Egg
2 1/2 c Flour, all purpose
1 1/2 ts Ginger, ground
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts -Salt
2 ts Baking soda
14 c -Water

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in Molasses, 1 egg
and water. Add dry ingredients beat well. Drop from teaspoon on well
greased baking sheet. Bake about 7-10 minutes in 375 F oven.
