1 1/2 tb Yeast 1/2 c Carob powder
2 tb Honey 1/2 c Honey
2 c Warm water 1 ts Salt
2 1/2 c Whole wheat flour 1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c White flour 2/3 c Chopped nuts, optional
Mix together yeast, honey and warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Stir
together well all ingredients. Fill oiled muffing tins 2/3 full. Let
rise 15 minutes. Bake at 350F. for 30-35 minutes. for muffins or
45-50 minutes for cake. Makes 12 muffins or 1 8×8″ cake
