Chocolate Pudding Cake #2

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Flour
2 tb Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2/3 c Sugar
6 tb Cocoa
1/2 c Milk
2 tb Melted shortening
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1 c Brown sugar

Mix dry ingredients with 2 Tb. cocoa. Add milk, shortening and vanilla.
Add nuts and put in greased pan (my mom always used a 2 quart casserole
dish). Mix brown sugar, 4 Tb. cocoa and sprinkle on top. Add 1-1/2 cups
boiling water. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
