6 c Apples — peeled, cored,

1 c Brown sugar — firmly

2 tb Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Allspice
2 tb Lemon juice
1 pk Refrigerated sugar cookie
Dough
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel, core and slice apples using Apple
Peeler/Corer/Slicer. Combine apples, brown sugar, flour, 1 tsp cinnamon,
allspice and lemon juice in Batter Bowl; toss to coat apples well. Spoon
into ungreased Deep Dish Baker. Spoon cookie dough, by scant teaspoons,
evenly over apples. Combine sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in Flour/Sugar
Shaker; sprinkle evenly over cookie dough.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until top is golden brown and apples are tender.
