2 1/2 c Flour
2 Sticks butter or margarine;
-cut in pieces
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick
cooking spray. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, combine all
ingredients until mixture resembles fine crumbs; press firmly into prepared
pan. Bake 20-23 minutes or until golden brown. Top with filling; finish
baking as directed (see recipes “Pecan Pie Bars” or “Cranberry Walnut
Squares” in this cookbook).
