2 c Water 2 t Cream of tartar
1 1/4 c Sugar 20 ea Ritz crackers
Apple pie spice Pastry
Bring to a boil the water, sugar, spice, and cream of tartar. Add 20
ounces ritz crackers. Boil about 8 minutes. Pour into uncooked pie
shell and cover with pastry top. Prick and bake at 425F for 30-35
minutes. Serve warm. It really does taste like apple pie! Origin:
