1/2 c Sugar Assorted Fresh Fruit,
1/4 c Hershey’s Cocoa Cut Up — optional
Or European Style Cocoa Cake (Your Favorite),
1 tb Cornstarch — Plus 1 tsp Optional
1/2 c Evaporated Skim Milk Nonfat Frozen Yogurt,
2 ts Vanilla Extract Optional
In small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch;
gradually stir in evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring
constantly with whisk, until mixture boils; continue cooking and
stirring until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in
vanilla. Serve warm or cold with assorted fresh fruit, cake or nonfat
frozen yogurt, if desired. Cover; refrigerate leftover sauce. Serves
