Sour Cream Raisin Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar
1/2 c Shortening
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
1/2 c Sour cream
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1 1/3 c Raisins

Heat oven to 375*F. Mix sugar,shortening, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in
remaining ingredients except raisins. Stir in raisins. Drop dough by
rounded teaspoonfuls about 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
8-10 minutes or until light brown. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
About 4 Dozen cookies. 75 Calories per cookie.
