Strawberry Ice Cream Cake

Ingrients & Directions


4 1/2 c Angel food cake cubes; (up
-to 5)
1 pk (3 oz.) vanilla instant
-pudding
1 c Cold milk
1 pt Vanilla ice cream
1 pk (3 oz) strawberry Jell-o
1 1/2 c Boiling water
1 pk (11 oz) frozen strawberry
-slices

Put cake cubes in 9″x9″x1 1/2″ dish. Combine pudding and milk in bowl. Add
ice cream and beat until blended. Pour over cake cubes and set aside until
firm. Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water and add frozen strawberries and stir
until thickened. Pour over pudding layer. Chill until set.
