Betty’s Country Inn Salad Dressing Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt
4 tb Cocoa 2 c Salad Dressing
4 c Flour 2 c Lukewarm Water
4 ts Baking Soda 2 ts Vanilla

Sift together the sugar, cocoa, flour, soda and salt. Add salad
dressing, water and vanilla. Stir well. Do not beat!

Grease and flour three 9-inch layer cake pans. Pour batter in pans
and bake in preheated 350 F oven for 30 to 35 mins. Frost with your
favorite frosting.

Makes 3 layers or 20 generous servings.
