California Dip Bread

Ingrients & Directions


FOR 1 LB LOAF
2 ts Yeast
2 1/4 c Bread flour
1/8 ts Baking soda
2 tb Sugar
2/3 Envelope Lipton’s onion
-soup mix
1/2 c Cottage cheese
1/2 c Sour cream
1 tb Margarine
1 Whole egg
2 tb Water

-FOR 1-1/2 LB LOAF-
1 pk Yeast
3 1/3 c Bread flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
3 tb Sugar
1 Envelope Lipton’s onion
-soup mix
3/4 c Cottage cheese
3/4 c Sour cream
1 1/2 tb Margarine
1 Whole egg
1/4 c Water

For all recipes, load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to
manufacturer’s directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise
indicated. “Yeast” refers to active dry yeast. Warm refrigerated
ingrediants to room temperature. Don’t use delayed timer mode.
