Charlotte’s Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1/4 lb Butter 1 ts Baking Soda
3 Eggs 1/3 c Brown Sugar
1 c Sugar 1/4 c White Sugar
1 ts Soda 1/2 c Chopped Nuts
1 1/2 c Flour 1 pk (6 Oz) Chocolate Chips
8 oz Sour Cream 2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking pan. Cream
together the butter, eggs, and sugar. Add soda, flour, and sour cream
and blend well. Add vanilla and soda.

In a second small bowl combine the brown sugar, nuts, chocolate
chips, and cinnamon. Pour half of the batter in the baking pan and
cover with half of the dry mixture. Gently smooth over with a spoon
and repeat with batter and dry mixture. Bake for 35 to 40 mins.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
