Ingrients & Directions


2 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Almond flavoring
3 Eggs
1 pt Sour cream
Cherry or blueberry pie
-filling (optional)

I’m actually embarrassed to send you this recipe, because it’s so simple.
Now the world will know how incredibly easy this is, and my reputation will
be shot. Well, here goes:

Blend cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs and sour cream and blend well. Add
almond flavoring. Pour into 9 in. spring form pan with graham cracker
crust (recipe on graham cracker pkge.). Bake for 1/2 hour in 375x oven.
Shut off oven, leaving cake in 3 more hours. Cool and cover with pie
filling.

note: I think this would be great with a raspberry-habanero sauce – AMT)
