Ingrients & Directions
4 3 ounce packages cream
-cheese; softened
2 Eggs
3/4 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
3 1/2 tb Granulated sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Sour cream
Combine first four ingredients and whip. Pour into uncooked graham cracker
crust** and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and cool 30
minutes. Combine the last three ingredients and pour over cheesecake “base”
and return to the oven for 10 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator for 5-6
hours.
NOTES : ** You may use an already prepared graham cracker crust, but I
prefer to use Nabisco graham cracker crumbs and make my own crust.
