100 g Flour
50 g Sugar
5 ml Lemon rind
1 1/2 ml Vanilla
1 Egg yolk
50 g Softened butter
1 kg Cream cheese
300 g Sugar
20 g Flour
7 ml Orange rind
7 ml Lemon rind
1 1/2 ml Vanilla
5 Eggs
2 Egg yolks
50 ml Cream
1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200
C
2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust.
3. Bake at 225 C for 10-12 minutes.
4. Reduce to 100 C for 1 hour.
Difficulty : easy to moderate. Precision
: measure the ingredients.
