1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 c Butter
3 oz Cream cheese
1 c Sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 ts Vanilla
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar slowly, then add egg yolk. Add dry
ingredients and vanilla. Roll in small balls. Dip fork in flour (so it
won’t stick) and press fork crosswise on top of dough. Bake at 350 for 15
minutes. Use red and green sugar sprinkles on top before baking, if
desired. These cookies stay soft.
NOTE These are a favorite at Christmas.
