1 tb Garlic salt
1 ts Freshly ground pepper
1 ts Dried oregano
1 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Ground hot red (cayenne)

Oklahoma City to recognize the “best of the West” in ranch style cooking.
Make the dry rub: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Makes about 1/4
cup. Good on beef.
