Grilled Bread With Duck Fat, Sea Salt And Apples

Ingrients & Directions


1 Loaf crusty French bread
4 oz Duck fat; available at fancy
-butcher shops
2 tb Sea salt; up to 3
1 tb Fresh rosemary; chopped
2 Macoun apples

Preheat grill or broiler.

Cut bread into 1inch thick slices and grill until dark golden brown. Smear
each slice with 1 to 2 teaspoons duck fat. Sprinkle each slice with sea
salt, then rosemary. Serve warm with apples for slicing.
