Sharon’s Applesauce Raisin Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Dark brown sugar 1 c Walnuts, chopped
1 c Butter 1 ts Soda
2 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Cinnamon
2 c Applesauce 1 ts Nutmeg
1 c Raisins 1/4 ts Salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add applesauce, raisins and nuts. Sift
flour, soda and spices together and add to mixture. Gradually beat
after each addition. Pour into greased 9″ x 13″ pan and bake for 30
mins. at 375 deg.
