Strawberry Yogurt Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk White cake mix 12 oz Strawberry yogurt
3/4 c Water 4 oz Cool Whip*
1/3 c Oil Red food coloring — if
3 Egg whites Desired

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Beat cake mix,
water, oil, egg whites and 6 ounce yogurt in lage bowl on low speed
30 seconds. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake 35
to 40 minutes; cool completely. Fold 6 ounce yogurt and 2 drops red
food coloring into whipped topping. Spread over top of cake.
