The Convention Grill Hot Fudge Sauce – Bon Appetit

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Powdered sugar
1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter,
-cut into pieces
1/2 c Whipping cream
4 oz Semisweet chocolate,
-chopped
4 oz Unsweetened chocolate,
-chopped
2 ts Vanilla extract

Combine powdered sugar, butter and cream in heavy medium saucepan.
Stir over medium-low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Add
chocolates and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
(Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Cover and chill. Rewarm over low heat
before serving.)
