Ingrients & Directions
3 oz Lowfat Neufchatel Cheese;
-Softened
3 pk Equal Sweetener; or 2 Tbsp
-regular sugar
2 tb Milk; 1% Lowfat
2 c Cool Whip Lite
1 ts Vanilla
Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth. Fold in whipped
topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes.
Makes 2 cups.
