Cheesecake Dip

Ingrients & Directions


3 oz Lowfat Neufchatel Cheese;
-Softened
3 pk Equal Sweetener; or 2 Tbsp
-regular sugar
2 tb Milk; 1% Lowfat
2 c Cool Whip Lite
1 ts Vanilla

Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth. Fold in whipped
topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes.

Makes 2 cups.

NOTES : Aproximately 6 calories per teaspoon. Exchanges per 1 teaspoon: Fat
0.1 (Free Exchange) Approximately 77 calories per 1/4 cup. Exchanges
per 1/4 cup: Fat 1; Other Carb. 1/2
