Ingrients & Directions


3 c Brown beef cubes 1 tb Prepared mustard
10 oz Frozen peas, cooked, drained 2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
3 ea Eggs, hard cooked, diced 1/2 c Beef broth
1 ea Onion, chopped 3 c Buttermilk biscuit mix *1

*1 all purpose Combine all ingredients except biscuit mix. Heat
thoroughly, about 20 minutes.

Make biscuits by package directions ( may add 3/4 cup shredded cheese)
split hot biscuits in half and top with beef mixture.
