3 c Mastermix
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 c Water
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Cocoa; (only for choc. cake)
Blend sugar into mix. Beat eggs, water, and half of mix. Beat 2 minutes.
Add rest of mix and beat 2 more minutes. For chocolate cake add the cocoa
to dry ingredients. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Makes 2 – 8″ layers or 1 –
1/4 sheet cake.
