3/4 c Sugar 1 pk (3 oz) cream cheese, cut
1/2 c Chopped pecans Into 20 squares
1 tb Grated orange rind 1/2 c Butter or margarine, melted
2 cn (11oz) refrigerated 1 c Sifed powdered sugar
Buttermilk biscuits 2 tb Orange juice
Spread first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
Separate biscuits; gently separate individual biscuits in half. Place
a cream cheese square between 2 halves, pinching sides to seal. Dip in
butter, and dredge in reserved sugar mixture. Stand biscuits on edge
in a lightly greased 12 c bundt pan, spacing evenly.
Drizzle with remaining butter, and sprinkle with remaining sugar
mixture.
Bake at 350F. for 28 mins. or until golden. Cool for 5 mins.. Invert
onto a serving plate, and immediately.
